On Thursday 15 July, the LV Café hosted the ArWo 4tet with Philadelphia’s Eric Wortham II on piano and Lviv’s Andrew Arnautov on bass, Yaroslav Kazmirchuk on trumpet, Leonid Petkun on drums - and, emerging from the audience at the end, special guest, vocalist Karl Frierson of the band De Phazz. As you’ll see, the crowd got to its feet and started dancing in proper juke joint style. Thanks to Olga Kovalevska for the video. Frierson was in town to perform at Fest Republic.
